STEP AND WIN — PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how the "Step and Win" mobile application, developed by DegooApps, collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account Information

• Email address

• Display name

• Avatar (emoji)

Usage Data

• Daily and total step count

• Coin balance and conversion history

• Login dates and streak record

• Purchase requests and coupon history

• Language preference

Device Data

• Step data from the device's motion/pedometer sensor (iOS: Core Motion)

• Push notification token (FCM) — used only to notify you when your purchase request is approved

• Advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission

We do NOT collect: location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, health data beyond steps.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your data is used solely for core app functionality: converting your steps into coins, tracking streaks and bonuses, displaying you on the leaderboard, processing purchase requests, and sending notifications about approved coupons.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, database, push notifications

• Google AdMob — rewarded and native ads

• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — optional account creation

Each service has its own privacy policy.

4. ADS AND APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY (iOS)

The app uses Google AdMob. On iOS 14.5+, you are prompted for tracking permission at launch:

• If you allow: AdMob may use your device advertising ID (IDFA) for personalized ads.

• If you decline: only non-personalized ads are shown.

You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Granting tracking permission is entirely optional; if you decline, you can still use all app features — only the ads shown to you will be generic (non-personalized).

5. DATA STORAGE

Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. We retain it until you delete your account; once deleted, all personal information, coin balance, coupon history, and step records are permanently removed.

6. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / KVKK / CCPA)

You may access, correct, delete, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact gokhanaysel@gmail.com or use the in-app Profile → Delete Account feature.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The app is not directed at children under 13.

8. SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures: HTTPS-encrypted connections, Firebase authentication, and App Check (App Attest / Play Integrity).

9. CHANGES

This policy may be updated periodically; changes are posted with an updated "Last updated" date.
