 STEP AND WIN — TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern your use of the "Step and Win" mobile application, developed by DegooApps. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Step and Win is a pedometer application that converts step data from your device's motion sensor into a virtual currency called "coins". You can use these coins to request gift card coupons from the in-app shop.

Conversion rate: 100 steps = 1 coin.

2. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using the app, you agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful and personal purposes.

• Not generate fake step data through third-party apps, physical manipulation, or rooted/jailbroken tools.

• Be responsible for the security of your account credentials.

• Not abuse the system by creating multiple accounts.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or deletion of your account.

3. ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

To create an account, you must provide a valid email address or use Google/Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may permanently delete your account via Profile → Delete Account. Once deleted, your coin balance, coupon history, and step records cannot be recovered.

4. COINS AND REWARDS

• Coins have no monetary value and cannot legally be exchanged for cash.

• Gift card stock, prices, and categories may change without prior notice.

• When you submit a purchase request, your coin balance is held; if rejected by the admin, it is automatically refunded; if approved, your coupon code appears in the "My Coupons" tab.

• Coupon codes are not delivered instantly — they appear after admin approval (usually within a few hours).

5. ADVERTISING

The app displays ads via Google AdMob. You may be required to watch a short rewarded ad to:

• Convert steps to coins

• Claim a daily quest reward

Ad revenue keeps the app free. We apply content filters (no gambling, dating, or adult content), but if you ever see inappropriate ads, please report them to us.

6. DISCLAIMER

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, third-party service outages (Firebase, AdMob), or issues caused by sensor errors on your device.

The app does not provide health advice. You are responsible for evaluating your own health condition when planning your walking activity.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All design, logo, text, icons, and software in the app belong to DegooApps. They may not be copied, distributed, or reverse-engineered without permission.

8. CHANGES

These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced inside the app. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
